Whistleblowing enables employees to report irregularities, violations, or misconduct safely, confidentially, and without fear of retaliation. The goal is to identify risks early on, strengthen the integrity of our actions, and promote a responsible work environment.

Typical reports may relate to issues such as corruption, fraud, discrimination, data breaches, violations of the law, or breaches of internal policies, among others.

All reports are treated as strictly confidential and used solely for the purpose of assessing potential risks and taking appropriate action. Whistleblowing is not intended to resolve personal conflicts, but rather to protect the company, its employees, and our values.
